Jadeite Teal Barrel Bead Necklace | Handcrafted Jewelry in Door County | Available Piece
Exclusive gifts in Door County, soulful pieces for every occasion.
Wendy Carpenter's fair trade/skill-building project helps the indigenous communities of Guatemala sustain their traditional heritage and acquire new skills! To the Pre-Columbian people of Mesoamerica, jadeite represented breath, life, fertility, and power.
The featured jadeite necklace designs are created in her mission project, and the proceeds directly support the artisans of Guatemala! The necklaces measures 18"-22" long with 38-46 hand cut & polished teal jadeite barrel, bean, diamond and round beads linked with a hand-made sterling silver book clasp.
